Although not an easy read, this book makes an excellent reference. It covers just about anything you would want to know and in detail. I would recommend it to anyone just starting out in the construction industry.

I got this book and it was so nice. The information includes with many detail of construction industry that you should know. However, it is a bit hard to read and understand in the first level coz in each section: the frist paragraph and the last paragraph repeat the same sentence that is overwhelm states.
